About

Who makes all of the items? 
I do! All items are made by me (April) in my home studio in Northamptonshire.

Are the items dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all of my items can be washed in a dishwasher, however it's recommended to handwash them to prolong the life of the item. They can go in a microwave too, however might get hot to the touch. 

Personalised Items

What items are available for personalisation? 
I currently offer cat and dog bowls for personalisation. There are two sizes of cat bowls (low sided whisker friendly, and standard), and 3 sizes for dogs (small, medium, large). 

Do you offer Spaniel or Long Ear bowls? 
It is something that I am currently working on. Having a cavapoo myself, I understand the frustration of dangly ears in food bowls. I'm just trying to find the best shape/sizes and will have them listed as soon as possible. 

Do you offer custom colours?
I do! If there is a specific colour that you have in mind, please message me to discuss before placing your order as I might not have the colour you are after. 

Delivery and Returns

How long does it take for me to receive my personalised item? 
It takes approximately 5-7 weeks for items to ship, however sometimes it may be a lot quicker depending on how quickly I can fill the kiln! 

Do you ship internationally (outside of the UK)? 
Unfortunately, I don't currently offer international shipping, however it is something that I am hoping to offer in the future. Please contact me to register your interest. 

Do you accept returns?
I offer returns on all stock items (buyer pays for return postage). Personalised items are made to order and are therefore not refundable.
